The Overdrive Landmine attachment is a versatile tool that allows you to add a ton of different exercises that can help you build functional strength and explosive power. It acts as an anchor for the barbell on one end and through its pivot system, allows the barbell to move freely up to down and left to right. This gives you the ability to perform more complex movements covering all plains of motion. Perform a range of upper and lower body exercises including a variety of different shoulder presses, lat pulls and rotational torso movements. These power levers are made for the Overdrive City power rack and are one of our most versatile attachments.
