If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just send the product back to us within 14 days from the date you received it with proof of purchase. We will offer you a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value. All items returned must be unused and in its original packaging. Should the item/s be returned damaged or have missing parts, they are not eligible for refund. The buyer are responsible for the shipping cost return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Overdrive sports reserves the right to reject a claim for refund.
Overdrive sports warrants against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. If the product you received is found to be damaged or faulty please email us to make a warranty claim. Please provide a detailed description of the product issue of concern, relevant photos and proof of purchase. We stand behind our products and will work with you to make it right. Warranty does not include negligent use (damage from abuse, misusage, alterations, improper storage and maintenance etc.). Typical wear and tear or cosmetic damage is expected and will not be covered under warranty.
Shipping rates will be calculated on checkout and usually takes 1-3 days for NSW, 2-5 business days for VIC/QLD/SA and 6-10 days for WA/TA/NT from dispatch date. Please allow 2 business days for warehouse handling. Deliveries by our courier are only between Monday to Friday and will require a receiver’s signature. Alternatively you can give us the authority to leave your order in a safe place or provide us with special delivery instructions. Any authority to leave requests will not be the responsibility of Overdrive Sports. No claims are are accepted from Overdrive Sports for damaged or missing stock once a delivery is made.
Unfortunately we do not accept any deliveries to PO Box, Parcel Collects/Lockers. In the instance that the order has been despatched and the courier is unable to deliver for any reason and return the order back to the warehouse, a re-despatch charge of your original shipping fees will apply. If you wish to cancel your order once an order has been despatched out or returned to warehouse there will not be any credit for the shipping fees.
We offer pickups on all our orders from our warehouse at 13 Kurrara St, Lansvale 2166 NSW. Please select pickup at checkout. Please contact us after your purchase to organise pick up time.
For heavy and bulky items:
- Due to work, health and safety, any Items weighing over 30kg or marked as heavy will require someone on the receiving end to assist the driver unload.
- All items marked heavy are quoted for curbside delivery, meaning the delivery can only be made to the premises on the ground floor only. There must be someone home to assist the drive to unload.
- Bulky items that includes items in the order with a single box over 50kg or total items over 250kg are sent on pallets and a tailgate fee will apply. This can be exempt where the receiver can organise manual unload or pickup from the local depot. Please contact us if you need further information.
