    Constructed by precision friction welding and built using highly durable shock absorbent rubber, the Overdrive rubber hex dumbbells are built to last and made to withstand heavy workout drops. They feature a fully straight medium depth knurl handle that provides better contact between your palm and handle and gives you that “barbell grip” feel. This means a firmer and more comfortable grip no matter where the hands are placed. The hexagonal shaped heads provide a solid base that prevent the dumbbells from rolling during workouts and the heavy duty rubber will minimise noise while protecting your floors and dumbbells from wear and tear.

    Overdrive EPDM rubber mats are purposely built for the gym environment and designed for shock and noise absorption. They are the foundation to your workout space and will ensure your floors and equipment are properly protected.  

    Our EPDM rubber gym tiles are composed of two distinct layers: an EPDM top sheet layer and a SBR layer. The EPDM layer completely seals the surface and offers an extremely durable finish with excellent resistance to moisture and abrasion while the SBR layer consists of softer recycled crumb particles to improve elasticity and shock resistance. There are specialised grooves and bumps below to further help dampen acoustics and better disperse the shock and vibration of weights being dropped. 

    EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a high density synthetic rubber used for high traffic training areas. They are extremely hard wearing compared to normal rubber and offer excellent heat and water resistance and protection against abrasions and cracks. They are generally less porous with the finish being super smooth and easy to clean.

    SBR (styrene and butadiene), are recycled consumer grade crumb rubber and used to enhance cushioning and provide excellent shock and noise absorption properties. 

    Our gym tiles also included connector tabs underneath to ensure that the gym mats do not move in high traffic areas and the smaller length size means that they are easier to lay and replace and offer more flexibility in tighter spaces.

    Shipping

    Shipping rates will be calculated on checkout and usually takes 1-3 days for NSW, 2-5 business days for VIC/QLD/SA and 6-10 days for WA/TA/NT from dispatch date. Please allow 2 business days for warehouse handling. Deliveries by our courier are only between Monday to Friday.

    *Please note that for orders containing 3 or less cartons, and the shipping address is residential (not a unit or apartment), an automatic authority to leave will be applied per policy of our courier. If you do not consent to this, please reconsider your purchase as these are unfortunately, the guidelines set out by our courier. For all orders containing 4 or more cartons, a signature will be required on delivery. Alternatively you can also give us the authority to leave your order in a safe place or provide us with special delivery instructions. Any authority to leave requests will not be the responsibility of Overdrive Sports. No claims are are accepted from Overdrive Sports for damaged or missing stock once a delivery is made.

    Unfortunately we do not accept any deliveries to PO Box, Parcel Collects/Lockers. In the instance that the order has been dispatched and the courier is unable to deliver for any reason and the goods are returned back to our warehouse, a re-dispatch charge of your original shipping fees will apply. If you wish to cancel your order once an order has been dispatched out or returned to warehouse there will not be any credit for the shipping fees.

     

    Pick up

    We offer pickups on all our orders from our warehouse at 13 Kurrara St, Lansvale 2166 NSW. Please select pickup at checkout. Please contact us after your purchase to organise pick up time. We are flexible with time so please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate any time pickup request.

     For heavy and bulky items:

    • Due to work, health and safety, any Items weighing over 30kg or marked as heavy will require someone on the receiving end to assist the driver unload.
    • All items marked heavy are quoted for curbside delivery, meaning the delivery can only be made to the premises on the ground floor only. There must be someone home to assist the drive to unload.
    • Bulky items that includes items in the order with a single box over 50kg or total items over 250kg are sent on pallets and a tailgate fee will apply. This can be exempt where the receiver can organise manual unload or pickup from the local depot. Please contact us if you need further information.

    OVERDRIVE Hi-temp contrast crumb bumper plates are true heavy-duty weight plates for those demanding the highest in both quality and performance. These are extremely durable bumper plates built to absorb the abuse of repetitive dropping. Unlike regular bumper plates, they are made from recycled crumb rubber as opposed to high density virgin rubber and what you get is a softer bumper plate that is bouncier, quieter and offers excellent impact resistance. Due to its composition, they have a typically wider base width than your traditional bumper plate and the smaller diameter of the 5kg and 10kg helps to prevent plates from cracking when dropped with heavier 15kg, 20kg and 25kg plates. They are simply made tough to suit a variety of gym environments.     Returns

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just send the product back to us within 30 days from the date you received it with proof of purchase. We will offer you a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value. All items returned must be unused and in its original packaging. Should the item/s be returned damaged or have missing parts, they are not eligible for refund. The buyer are responsible for the shipping cost return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Overdrive sports reserves the right to reject a claim for refund.

    Warranty

    Overdrive sports warrants against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. If the product you received is found to be damaged or faulty please email us to make a warranty claim. Please provide a detailed description of the product issue of concern, relevant photos and proof of purchase. We stand behind our products and will work with you to make it right. Warranty does not include negligent use (damage from abuse, misusage, alterations, improper storage and maintenance etc.).
