Steven was great and extremely helpful even when delivery was a challenge over the Christmas period. Very responsive, communication was great and it felt like he really cared about providing great service. The cage has been excellent so far, I think the instructions could call out the required tools as we had to source a ratchet large enough for the bolts. Otherwise a great experience
