    9pcs x 500MM x 500MM x 25MM Overdrive EPDM Rubber Gym Mat Flooring (Black) 

    Overdrive EPDM rubber mats are purposely built for the gym environment and designed for shock and noise absorption. They are the foundation to your workout space and will ensure your floors and equipment are properly protected.  

    Our EPDM rubber gym tiles are composed of two distinct layers: an EPDM top sheet layer and a SBR layer. The EPDM layer completely seals the surface and offers an extremely durable finish with excellent resistance to moisture and abrasion while the SBR layer consists of softer recycled crumb particles to improve elasticity and shock resistance. There are specialised grooves and bumps below to further help dampen acoustics and better disperse the shock and vibration of weights being dropped. 

    EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a high density synthetic rubber used for high traffic training areas. They are extremely hard wearing compared to normal rubber and offer excellent heat and water resistance and protection against abrasions and cracks. They are generally less porous with the finish being super smooth and easy to clean.

    SBR (styrene and butadiene), are recycled consumer grade crumb rubber and used to enhance cushioning and provide excellent shock and noise absorption properties. 

    Our gym tiles also included connector tabs underneath to ensure that the gym mats do not move in high traffic areas and the smaller length size means that they are easier to lay and replace and offer more flexibility in tighter spaces.

    EPDM rubber mats are high impact gym mats that will withstand the test of time, taking on all high traffic movement, constant repetitive weight drops and heavy gym equipment. Be confident knowing that these will provide maximum protection to your floor and gear.
