They feature a fully straight medium depth knurl handle that provides better contact between your palm and handle and gives you that “barbell grip” feel. This means a firmer and more comfortable grip no matter where the hands are placed. The hexagonal shaped heads provide a solid base that prevent the dumbbells from rolling during workouts and the heavy duty rubber will minimise noise while protecting your floors and dumbbells from wear and tear.
