The Overdrive Wall Mounted Single-Plate Loaded Dual Cable Tower brings proper cable training to your wall. You get two independently adjustable cable points and a full spread of pressing, pulling, rowing, curling and core work without handing over the floor space a full cable station demands. Everything runs off a single plate-loaded carriage. Load Olympic plates onto the 24cm horn sleeves and get to work, up to 150kg.

The pulley carriage travels through 33 positions on 50 x 50mm steel uprights, taking the cables from a high 192cm lat pull-down height down to low rows and everywhere in between. Each pulley swivels a full 270 degrees, so the cable follows your line of pull instead of fighting it. Train one side at a time at a 2:1 ratio for longer cable travel and smoother control on single-arm and functional movements or connect both cables for a 1:1 ratio when you want to move heavier loads.
