The Single-Stack Cable Tower Mk.1 is made for one thing, giving you more ways to train without filling your gym with more equipment. Part of our Recon Series, it combines dual adjustable cables with a single selectorised weight stack to create a compact cable station capable of training just about every part of the body.

The 75kg weight stack makes changing resistance quick and simple. No plates to load, no equipment to rearrange. Just move the selector pin and get back to work. And when 75kg isn't enough, the stack can be upgraded to 100kg for even more room to progress.

With 21 adjustable pulley positions, you can take the cables from high to low and everywhere in between. Set up for rows, presses, flys, curls, extensions, raises, core work and plenty more, with the freedom to adjust the starting position to suit the movement.

Each side can be used independently with a 2:1 cable ratio, giving you plenty of cable travel and a smooth feel that's ideal for controlled, unilateral and functional movements. Bring both cables together and you can also train at a 1:1 ratio when you want to move more weight. The clever part is that all of this runs from a single stack. You get two adjustable cable points and a huge exercise range without the footprint of a full-size dual-stack functional trainer.
