Turn your OVERDRIVE Recon Adjustable FID Bench Mk.1 into a dedicated core station. The Ab Crunch Attachment slides into the bench's front receiver and locks in place with a pop pin, giving you a padded, stable anchor for crunches, sit-ups and ab work without adding floor space.

Padded leg rollers hold you in position while supportive hand grips let you brace through every rep. When bodyweight is no longer enough, the angled plate-loading horn adds resistance so your core can keep progressing.

Pairs with the OVERDRIVE Recon Adjustable FID Bench Mk.1 (sold separately) - the Ab Crunch Attachment connects to the bench receiver - insert the column, lock it with a pop pin and tighten.
