The OVERDRIVE Recon Adjustable FID Bench Mk.1 is part of the Overdrive Recon Series: machines and equipment engineered to give you more training options from a single footprint. This full FID bench takes you from decline to flat, incline and near-vertical positions, so one setup covers pressing, rowing and shoulder work.

Adjustment is fast and secure. A solid steel ladder backrest quickly moves through 12 full range of angles, while the independent spring adjusted seat ladder allows control of the seat angle. The ergonomic back pad features a non-slip grip vinyl that tapers toward the top, giving your shoulders room to move through a deep, natural pressing path.

Stability comes built in. Wide rear legs and a broad front footprint keep the bench planted on heavy sets and transport wheels plus a built-in carry handle let you move it out of the way in seconds. When you are ready to expand, the front accessory receiver accepts the full line of Overdrive Recon Bench attachments - Ab Crunch, Preacher Curl Pad, Leg Extension & Curl, Pec Fly and Tricep Dip (each sold separately) - turning one bench into a complete strength station.

Complete the family: every OVERDRIVE attachment connects to the Mk.1 front receiver - insert the column, lock it with a pop pin and tighten:
