Turn your OVERDRIVE Recon Adjustable FID Bench Mk.1 into a preacher curl station. The Preacher Curl Pad Attachment mounts to the bench's front receiver, and its wide, contoured arm pad supports your arms at the perfect angle to isolate the biceps through a strict, full range of motion.

The pad post is height adjustable so the pad suits lifters of every build, and a plate-loaded utility arm with Olympic-sized sleeve and dual grip positions lets you load serious weight for progressive overload, curl after curl.

Pairs with the OVERDRIVE Recon Adjustable FID Bench Mk.1 (sold separately) - the Preacher Curl Pad Attachment connects to the bench receiver - insert the column, lock it with a pop pin and tighten.
