Add a complete lower-body station to your OVERDRIVE Recon Adjustable FID Bench Mk.1. The Leg Extension & Curl Attachment locks into the bench's front receiver and gives you everything you need for seated leg extensions and leg curls - padded thigh rollers and a pivoting ankle-pad arm do the work while a lower foot brace keeps you stable through every rep.

The plate-loading peg adds progressive resistance at the pivot, so your quads and hamstrings can be trained with the same discipline as the rest of your session.

Pairs with the OVERDRIVE Recon Adjustable FID Bench Mk.1 (sold separately) - the Leg Extension and Curl Attachment connects to the bench receiver - insert the column, lock it with a pop pin and tighten.
