Bring fly movements into your home gym without a dedicated machine. The Pec Fly Attachment converts your OVERDRIVE Recon Adjustable FID Bench Mk.1 into a compact pec deck: two independent pivoting arms with contoured handles move through a smooth arc to hit the chest on flys and the rear delts on reverse flys.

Each arm loads independently via its own chrome plate peg, letting you balance left and right and progress at your own pace. Height adjustment keeps the pivot point aligned with your chest for clean, controlled reps.

Pairs with the OVERDRIVE Recon Adjustable FID Bench Mk.1 (sold separately) - the Pec Fly Attachment connects to the bench receiver - insert the column, lock it with a pop pin and tighten.
