The pad post is height adjustable so the pad suits lifters of every build, and a plate-loaded utility arm with Olympic-sized sleeve and dual grip positions lets you load serious weight for progressive overload, curl after curl.

Pairs with the OVERDRIVE Recon Adjustable FID Bench Mk.1 (sold separately) - the Preacher Curl Pad Attachment connects to the bench receiver - insert the column, lock it with a pop pin and tighten.
