Add a plate-loaded dip and pressing station to your OVERDRIVE Recon Adjustable FID Bench Mk.1. The Tricep Dip Attachment locks into the bench's front receiver and gives you a sturdy lever arm with wide, angled and neutral grip positions, so you can crush triceps extensions, dips and close-grip presses under load.

The lever height is adjustable to suit your setup, and the rear plate-loading horn lets you add resistance in small, controlled increments. Built from heavy-duty steel with a matte black finish, it is as solid as the bench it mounts to.

Pairs with the OVERDRIVE Recon Adjustable FID Bench Mk.1 (sold separately) - the Tricep Dip Attachment connects to the bench receiver - insert the column, lock it with a pop pin and tighten.
